It is an honor to be your WACADA President for 2008-2009. First and foremost, I would like to thank Cathy Mathweg, Steve Schneider, and Becky Ryan for encouraging me to taken on this leadership role and believing in me that I have the ability to follow your footsteps. I have to admit, I am scared, but I will try my best to not let you and the members down. I would like to thank you in advance for your willingness and patience to be my mentors.
Secondly, it is also with great pleasure that I will have the opportunity to work with a wonderful group colleagues from the different institutions. I promise to work hard for you, in return I hope you will work hard for the organization and together, we will accomplish wonderful things.
Last, but not least, to the members, this is the year where your involvement and commitment to the WACADA organization will take one step further; to the "next step." I hope that you will be willing take any challenges I put forth and join me in accomplishing wonderful things. Our organization is only as strong as our members. Sincerely,
