Title: Registrar’s Office: Assistant Director of Transfer Services

Description: This Administrative Program Specialist position has primary responsibility to manage all aspects of the transfer credit review, entry, audit, and evaluation processes. The Assistant Director, reporting to the Assistant Registrar for Student Services, supervises and provides leadership for the transfer processing team in the department. The Assistant Director is the lead for engaging academic departments on campus on the determination of transfer equivalencies along with technologies for maintaining and publishing those equivalencies. This position also directs the development, implementation, and maintenance of credit transfer policy and articulation agreements with community/technical colleges and corporations. This position will work to develop a prior learning assessment policy for the University, including non-traditional learning. The Assistant Director serves in a leadership role in the Registrar’s Office and contributes to improved student service across the department.
