Description: This Administrative Support Assistant position has primary responsibility to utilize and develop processes to maintain student academic records within the student information system and related software. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, record maintenance and record management along with collaboration and assistance with NCAA student eligibility certification. Further, this position will provide support related to student records across the Registrar’s Office to improve processes, shared understanding of functions, and service to students and other constituents. This position requires the incumbent to exhibit strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with others in a productive, positive, and forward-thinking manner.
